1. Who we are

Sociloci (“Sociloci,” “we,” “us”) operates the platform at sociloci.com. We are the data controller for your account data and a data processor for the brand content you create. For privacy questions, contact privacy@sociloci.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Brand data you provide — your brand voice, guidelines, products, images, posts, captions, and other content you upload or create.
• Connected accounts — handles and access tokens for the social platforms you connect (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) so we can publish on your behalf.
• Data we gather to build your Brand Brain — publicly available information from your website and public social profiles, public competitor profiles, and public business listings (e.g., Google business data). We collect this through third-party data providers.
• Usage & device data — logs, IP address, browser/device info, and how you use the product.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

3. How we use it

• To provide the service — learn your brand, generate drafts, schedule, and publish content.
• To process payments and manage your subscription and token balance.
• To send you account, billing, and product communications (you can opt out of non-essential email).
• To secure, maintain, and improve the platform.

4. AI processing

To generate content, we send relevant brand context and your requests to AI providers (including Google's Gemini models). This is used to produce your drafts. We do not permit your brand data to be used to train shared, public AI models.

5. Sub-processors

We share data with vetted service providers only as needed to run the platform:

• Google Cloud / Gemini — AI content generation.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Hostinger — hosting and data storage.
• ScrapeCreators — collection of public social data used to build your Brand Brain.
• The social platforms you connect — when you authorize a connection and publish.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

7. Sharing & selling

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the sub-processors above, when you choose to publish content, or when required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sociloci.com. You can also delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access, and access controls — to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard it.

11. Children

Sociloci is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

13. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
