Terms of Service

1. The service

Sociloci learns your brand and helps you create, schedule, and publish social content — including AI-assisted drafts, images, and video. Features and limits vary by plan.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content & brand

You own the brand inputs you provide and the content you create with Sociloci. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you (including generating drafts and publishing to platforms you connect). AI-generated outputs are yours to use; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it's published.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Sociloci for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Don't post content you don't have the rights to.
• Comply with the terms of any social platform you connect — your use of those platforms is governed by their rules.
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers.

5. Billing

Paid plans and token packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions are priced per brand and renew automatically until cancelled. Token top-ups are one-time purchases. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Sociloci to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. We're not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, or actions.

7. AI & accuracy

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, generic, or unexpected. Sociloci is a tool to assist you — you decide what to publish, and you're responsible for the result.

8. Intellectual property

Sociloci and the platform — software, design, and brand — are owned by us. These terms don't grant you rights to them beyond using the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee specific results, reach, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociloci is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sociloci against claims arising from content you publish or your misuse of the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sociloci anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some provisions survive.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be set], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
